BLOCK BRITE is a ready-to-use cleaner and destainer engineered specifically for food cutting and preparation surfaces such as plastic cutting boards and chopping blocks.

Pour or spray directly onto surface or plastic cutting. Allow product to sit for 15 minutes to penetrate cuts and whiten surface. Use a bristle scrub brush to further work the whitener into deep cuts and stains. Thoroughly rinse with potable water before re-using for food preparation.
